In these conditions the expression 'the company' means Applied Styling Ltd.
The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order online or by phone indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Applied Styling reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Terms of Payment
Payment is required in full prior to the dispatch of goods.
Payment Methods
Credit and Debit Cards - We accept payment by VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. We also accept debit card payment by DELTA, SWITCH & MAESTRO. These payments are processed securely by PAYPAL.
Bank Transfer
Payment can be made direct in to our bank account:
VAT and Overseas Customers
If you are outside the European Community ( Switzerland , Norway , USA , Canada , Australia , Asia, Far East , Africa etc) and we are shipping the goods to you then you do not pay VAT.
Customers from EC Member States will be charged the UK VAT unless you have a business and are VAT registered. In these circumstances we will require your country code and VAT number.(Please send proof of identification - i.e. a fax copy of your VAT Certificate).
Passing of Title and Risk in The Goods
The property in all goods sold by the company shall remain with the company until such sums at any time owing to the company under this or any other contract have been paid in full and the company reserves the right to repossess the goods at any time and from any person, firm or company and from any place until such sums due to the company have been paid in full. Risk in the goods will pass to the purchaser upon delivery.
Claims/Liability
Any claim in respect of goods alleged to be damaged or defective or goods mis-delivered or short delivered must be made to the company in writing within 3 days of the date of dispatch.
Warranty
Goods returned under warranty should be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of priority. The manufacturer for quality control purposes and to establish the cause whether they have a genuine manufacturing fault may inspect these goods. The company is not responsible for any carriage charges and/or labour charges incurred during the fitment or removal of suspected faulty, incorrectly ordered or incorrectly supplied parts. Please ensure the goods are securely wrapped and all the necessary details of the original purchase are included with your name and address.
Special Order Items
It isn't always possible to keep every Supersprint item in stock. If your order contains items which need to be specially ordered from the manufacturer, then there is usually a delay to supply the items. A minimum of 2 weeks. You will be notified should this be the case with your order.
Special order items are often 'made to order', therefor no refunds will be issued once the items have been shipped from the manufacturer.
